Happy Road Moments

Just a moment from the campground.
As the great spouse and I were walking past a campsite with a dad and 4 little kids we heard: "Dad, you know what?" in one voice, and the next kiddo voice broke in - "I DID not!"  The great spouse and I laughed about that for two days.

Another great camping moment: Our across the park neighbors towed their ancient Winnebago with an old Bronco. Who says you have to give up the motorhome when it won't run any more...just tow it!

Thinking vegan, I've been able to mix and cut to my heart's content because...I can go outside! Ahhhh. And I'm really glad I made dehydrated chips as well as hummus before we departed.  Before our next adventure, I'll probably dehydrate more crackers, chips and such.  We've got the lists going for the "must haves" and "it would be good ifs" preparing for future camper trundles.
