Snow

Thanksgiving went very well at the momma's house. Hope some of you were able to try new recipes, and had a joyous time.

I'm still with the momma...getting through some life. We've done that raw corn soup a couple of times. She really likes that. A few blended salads have gone well, too.

So I was missing my juice, when my wonderful spouse reminded me that  I did bring the Vitamix. Oh, yeah, huh? I made a celery and carrot blend yesterday - turned out great. I guess I'll trudge through the snow to get more carrots sometime today.

Just a note to self: bring snow boots next time you go to the momma's in the winter.
